Delivery service for any customized merchandise unless otherwise stated. Below are the methods used to ship our products.
Standard Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight Delivery Services
No weekend or holiday delivery, no PO/APO/FPO deliveries. Our Cremation Products and flag cases can be shipped overnight or 2nd day delivery depending on product availability and final destination. ALL ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED OVERNIGHT OR 2ND DAY DELIVERY MUST BE RECEIVED BY 12:00 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME. ANY ORDER IN AFTER 12:00 PM MAY BE SHIPPED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. DELIVERY COMPANY HAS UNTIL THE END OF DAY TO DELIVER PRODUCT. Any merchandise that requires custom engraving or the addition of a nameplate will be delayed by 3-5 days unless otherwise stated.International Deliveries
All of our Cremation Products and Flag Cases can be delivered internationally on a limited basis. We deliver our products with UPS or a similar trusting delivery service. Customer is responsible for paying any duties or fees. In most cases an extra shipping charge will be applied. To place orders for international please place your order by email to orders@cremationchoiceurns.com for special instructions on your order. - Payment Methods

authorization by our credit card processor.
CremationChoiceUrns.com also will accept money orders or cashier checks in US Dollars only. No personal checks are accepted. Once we have received payment, your order will be processed. Normal banking practices and processing apply. Expect 5 – 7 business days to confirm and process your order prior to shipping when paying by check.

Sales taxes will not be added automatically to your order when we are provided with a state merchant license number from you. You will be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes on orders shipped to states where applicable. In addition, we will require EIN and State tax numbers with the first initial account order.
